Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems

  • Monitoring for receipt of funds and providing confirmation, as required 

  • Preparing correspondence 

  • Scheduling client meetings and producing board pack reports 

  • Reviewing draw down checklists and requesting client due diligence documentation  

Experience and skills required:

  • Good academic background and willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Clear telephone manner 

  • Confident using Microsoft excel 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
