Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, this is a challenging role where you will work with team members in delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities. You will support legal offerings in key jurisdictions, handling the most demanding and complex transactions, whilst focusing on excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships
Preparing minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordinating the timely execution of documentation
Attending to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines
Ensuring client records are accurately maintained
Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs and approvals
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 1 years’ corporate administration experience
Strong academic background
Currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Excellent written and verbal skills
Good attention to detail and strong time management skills
