As Trainee Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for all aspects of administration for the client due diligence team. 

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking client due diligence reviews in accordance with company policy and procedures, conducting thorough reviews and enhanced due diligence as applicable

  • Working with the Assistant Manager to undertake communications with colleagues on client due diligence matters

  • Ensuring immediate and up-coming anti-money laundering obligations are met, planning the client due diligence reviews for the period

  • Reviewing the overnight screening system on a daily basis and ensuring it remains up to date

  • Accurately completing all workflows and check-sheets for tasks in real-time

 Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background with GCSE and A Levels

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise effectively with clients and investors

  • Good judgement and decision making skills
