As Trainee Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for all aspects of administration for the client due diligence team.
Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking client due diligence reviews in accordance with company policy and procedures, conducting thorough reviews and enhanced due diligence as applicable
Working with the Assistant Manager to undertake communications with colleagues on client due diligence matters
Ensuring immediate and up-coming anti-money laundering obligations are met, planning the client due diligence reviews for the period
Reviewing the overnight screening system on a daily basis and ensuring it remains up to date
Accurately completing all workflows and check-sheets for tasks in real-time
Experience and skills required:
Strong academic background with GCSE and A Levels
Team player with positive attitude
Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise effectively with clients and investors
Good judgement and decision making skills
