Work alongside the business operations team in an international provider of banking services, until the end of 2021 and assist with the tracking of various projects and collation of management information
Working alongside the Business Projects Deputy Manager your tasks will include maintaining a project list relating to business activities and assisting in the co-ordination and delivery of actions relating to identified projects, providing updates to committees and tracking fee notes. Whilst a project management background would be ideal, a candidate with a PA background will also be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the coordination and delivery of various projects and actions
Ensuring deadlines for the completion of tasks are achieved within agreed timescales
Assisting with the provision of management information and relevant reporting and data management
Coordinating the follow up of procedures due for review and taking minutes at committee review meetings
Undertaking mail merges and bulk administration tasks as allocated, including distributing signatory list packs to third parties
Experience and skills required:
Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the financial industry within a similar role
Highly organised and proactive approach to tasks
Knowledge of how to coordinate and run meetings and minute taking
An understanding of corporate secretarial duties
Ability to quick dissect projects into workstreams and workstreams into tasks
