Contribute to the efficient delivery of the end to end recruitment process within a leading bank, where they place great importance in creating an environment that inspires and promotes innovation to drive the business forward, on a temporary contract.

Joining the friendly and supportive HR team, you will assist with all aspects of the recruitment process including advertising vacancies and arranging interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new starters. You will ideally have previous recruitment experience within the finance industry in order to confidently work in a collaborative way with colleagues at all levels within the business, including senior stakeholders.

Ideally you will be available to start immediately.

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous HR or recruitment experience ​within financial services

  • ​Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • ​Proactive and methodical approach to tasks
