Contribute towards the successful operation of a forward-thinking company, identifying and assessing potential operational risks the business may be exposed to.

This is a temporary role providing maternity cover, assisting with the implementation and maintenance of a risk monitoring framework. You will also ensure the business is made aware of identified potential risks and staff are provided training.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and assessing operational risks and controls 

  • Ensuring processes and procedures are kept up to date

  • Performing control plans, analysing the results and compiling action plans  

  • Recording incidents and implementing action plans  

  • Preparing operational risk reports and providing training  

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a custody, corporate trustee or banking role 

  • Knowledge of operational risk procedures and governance 

  • A professional risk management qualification

  • Excellent organisational skills 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
