A recognised professional services leader is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to temporarily assist their operations team for 1 month.

Within this role, you will provide support for a variety of business functions, including facilities, front of house/reception and document management services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating deliveries and couriers 

  • Scanning and accurately maintaining physical and electronic banking files

  • Answering switchboard calls and greeting visitors to the office  

  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms

  • Maintaining office supply lists and car park rotas 

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proactive approach to tasks

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage 

  • Knowledge of document management systems and NAV one applications would be ideal
