As an IT Support Engineer, you will act as a point of contact for queries and respond to logged tickets by users, following best practice to ensure incidents are effectively resolved.
Ideally you will be available to start immediately, have previous IT support experience and be a team player.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and responding to logged tickets, ensuring any issues are resolved
Acting as a point of contact for technical support and guidance to end users
Preparing security and compliance reports
Accurately maintaining inventory and system access logs
Planning, designing, testing, and deploying system and hardware upgrades
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar IT support role
Confident using Windows 10 and Windows Servers and experience on user management on Microsoft Office365
Experience with ITIL processes and certified
Previous experience on Citrix, VPN and other infrastructure services
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
