An exciting opportunity for a HR professional to temporarily join an international provider of banking services, providing assistance on a HR project.
In this role you will be responsible for the employee relations aspect of this project which will include preparing internal communications, liaising with government and regulatory bodies and working with benefit and pension providers to change principle employer.
This opportunity would suit a strong HR Manager who has a ‘hands-on’ and flexible approach to tasks. Ideally you will be available for an immediate start for 3 months until June 2021.
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR experience, including experience at HR Manager level
Employee relations experience
Proactive approach to tasks and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Good time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
