A well-regarded international provider of banking services has a new and exciting opportunity to work within their fund services department for approximately 6 months, where you will play a key part in delivering an excellent service to a wide range of fund clients.

If you are a good team player with the ability to work well under pressure, along with good knowledge of transfer agency, this temporary administration role could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing trades for a range of complex offshore funds

  • Resolving client and investor queries 

  • Maintaining shareholder registers and investor files 

  • Undertaking investor account opening and closing 

  • Assisting with daily cash account reconciliations 

Experience and skills required:

  • Knowledge of transfer agency and industry practice to include property funds 

  • An understanding of the offshore fund compliance and regulatory regime 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative

  • Accuracy and attention to detail 

  • An understanding of the features of the different types of fund structures
