A commercial organisation at the heart of the community, which is focused on fostering a cross team collaborative environment in order to create a great place to work, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills to temporarily join their team.
As a Customer Services Agent you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries by telephone, online, written and face to face. You will also ensure that all logged contact is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner and provide administration support in all areas of the department.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing incoming mail and dealing with customer queries via face to face, telephone, email or social media
Ensuring customer details are kept up to date
Processing payments received from customers
Accurately entering data to ensure customers are billed correctly
Assisting with projects as required
Experience and skills required:
Confident communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Outgoing and positive attitude
Ability to plan and prioritise
Minimum GCSE grade C in English and Maths
