Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to temporarily join their team and provide assistance in this customer-facing role, on a 4-6 week contract.
As part of the friendly customer services team, you will be a primary point of contact for customers, respond to queries and collect feedback. Some Saturday work may be required on a rota basis.
This is a great opportunity to develop your confidence and gain experience dealing with customers.
Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer queries via telephone, email, and online chat
Collaboratively working with various departments to respond to queries, process service applications and deliver services within set timescales
Accurately maintaining customer information on the database
Supporting marketing campaigns and identifying new selling opportunities
Taking payments over the phone and processing refunds for any cancellations
Experience and skills required:
Confident telephone manner
Good customer and commercial focus
Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and deal sensitively with customer concerns
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise
