​Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to temporarily join their team and provide assistance in this customer-facing role, on a 4-6 week contract.

As part of the friendly customer services team, you will be a primary point of contact for customers, respond to queries and collect feedback. Some Saturday work may be required on a rota basis.

This is a great opportunity to develop your confidence and gain experience dealing with customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries via telephone, email, and online chat

  • Collaboratively working with various departments to respond to queries, process service applications and deliver services within set timescales

  • Accurately maintaining customer information on the database

  • Supporting marketing campaigns and identifying new selling opportunities

  • Taking payments over the phone and processing refunds for any cancellations

Experience and skills required:

  • ​Confident telephone manner

  • Good customer and commercial focus

  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and deal sensitively with customer concerns

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise
