Working alongside the Deputy Head of Risk and Compliance in Jersey, you will have regular interaction with key stakeholders and assist with a variety of compliance monitoring duties for multiple licensed entities.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance monitoring programmes remain in line with business and legislation/regulatory changes
Identifying and incorporating changes to the monitoring programme, as appropriate
Providing advice to stakeholders on potential remediation actions following the identification of potential risks
Ensuring follow up actions are completed in a timely manner, or escalating high risk findings as appropriate
Assisting with relevant reporting/ MI risk-based analysis and forwarding on, as appropriate
Experience and skills required:
Previous compliance monitoring experience
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICA Diploma
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills in regards to a risk approach
