A fantastic opportunity for a confident individual with previous administration experience, to provide assistance to a charitable organisation on a temporary basis.
During this 3 month assignment you will process new memberships and oversee the hiring out of two properties. This is a busy office based out of town.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing new membership applications, ensuring information on the database is accurate and kept up to date
Acting as a first point of contact, greeting new visitors and answering email queries
Taking bookings and managing the diary
Distributing correspondence to members and proof-reading marketing materials
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience delivering excellent customer service or managing a busy reception area
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
