As Technical Business Analyst you will utilise your technical and organisational skills to identify possibilities for improvement within the business to implement systematic solutions.
You will be responsible for translating user needs into technicalities that can be implemented into improving the company while also acting as a filter in determining what is truly needed.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing systems support to multiple offices across different jurisdictions
Developing dashboards, KPI reports and operational management information reports based on the end users specifications
Supporting business process optimisation efforts to improve data capture, data processing and data quality
Project management of multiple projects including scoping, provide analysis of project process, risks and costs
Developing API connections between applications where required
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
Hold a relevant IT qualification
Excellent SQL server/T-SQL/SSRS/SSIS knowledge
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Power Bi (including Power Query, M or DAX)
Experience in data mapping between APIs and system databases and designing and implementing ETL processes
Strong mathematics skills and working knowledge of statistics
