An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience working in a busy family office, assisting the Administrators with basic tasks concerning their client portfolios.

This is a 12 month contract to cover a period of leave in an organisation, where you will be encouraged to reach your full potential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems, with supporting documents 

  • Providing administrative support to the team

  • Drafting correspondence to be sent out

  • Preparing and circulating board packs

  • Assisting with billing and the settlement of client invoices 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous office experience 

  • Good attention to detail 

  • Basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements

  • Clear telephone manner 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
