An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience working in a busy family office, assisting the Administrators with basic tasks concerning their client portfolios.
This is a 12 month contract to cover a period of leave in an organisation, where you will be encouraged to reach your full potential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems, with supporting documents 
- Providing administrative support to the team 
- Drafting correspondence to be sent out 
- Preparing and circulating board packs 
- Assisting with billing and the settlement of client invoices 
Experience and skills required:
- Previous office experience 
- Good attention to detail 
- Basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements 
- Clear telephone manner 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
