An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience working in a busy family office, assisting the Administrators with basic tasks concerning their client portfolios.
This is a 12 month contract to cover a period of leave in an organisation, where you will be encouraged to reach your full potential.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems, with supporting documents
Providing administrative support to the team
Drafting correspondence to be sent out
Preparing and circulating board packs
Assisting with billing and the settlement of client invoices
Experience and skills required:
Previous office experience
Good attention to detail
Basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements
Clear telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
