In this role, you will deliver a high level of administrative support to the team in respect of one large client group. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems, with supporting documents

  • Supporting staff with tasks concerning their client portfolios

  • Drafting correspondence to be sent out

  • Scheduling meetings and preparing board packs

  • Assisting with billing and the settlement of client invoices

  • Arranging travel and preparing itineraries

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous office experience

  • Good attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements

  • Clear telephone manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
