As Team Secretary, you will be responsible for the assistance of the commercial team and Partners, working closely with them to provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial services. 

Responsibilities will include:

  •  Answering the telephone and assisting with client queries

  • Arranging meetings and managing diaries

  • Audio and copy typing

  • Managing internal and external emails

  • Arranging business travel

  • Preparing documents for court

Experience and skills required:

  •  Excellent secretarial/organisational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Written and verbal skills

  • Time management

  • Excellent IT skills
