Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the take on of new business and providing advice and guidance

  • Preparing for and attending client/board meetings

  • Providing advice and guidance in relation to transfers and redemptions between investors

  • Maintaining all statutory registers

  • Reviewing legal documentation and assisting legal counsel

Experience and skills required:

  • Good knowledge of trust and company law across multiple jurisdictions

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting professional working relationships

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage

  • Willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
