Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing minutes 

  • Filing statutory documents

  • Accurately maintaining in-house statutory records 

  • Preparing and circulating board packs

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience working in a trust environment 

  • Good understanding of due diligence requirements in accordance with statutory requirements in Jersey 

  • Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/STEP)

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative 

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
