Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the maintenance of statutory records, processes, systems, databases and the operational systems

  • Training and coaching less experienced members of the team to enhance their technical skills and effective use of NAV

  • Contributing to the provision of technical administration and advice, including statutory developments, such as changes in statutory filing procedures

  • Identifying and reporting on issues and assist us with the design and implementation of system processes, databases and reports to prevent statutory default and penalties

  • Monitoring the email inbox and assisting in the allocation of workload within the team

  • Performing annual return reviews

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous statutory experience and working in a fiduciary environment 

  • Pragmatic approach to work and good organisational skills

  • Methodical and analytical with an eye for detail

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
