Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with your team to manage a substantial portfolio of client reward structures
Providing technical support to the team administrators and senior administrators
Overseeing large corporate transactions
Providing operational support for onboarding new structures, launching new incentive arrangements and maintaining existing structures
Managing key client and intermediary relationships, communicating openly and honestly on a regular basis
Conducting meetings, producing minutes and resolutions
Experience and skills required:
Strong technical background in trust structures, particularly employee benefit trusts
ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified or actively working towards a relevant professional qualification
Good attention to detail
Excellent people management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate junior staff members
Excellent problem solving skills and flexible approach to tasks
