Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with your team to manage a substantial portfolio of client reward structures 

  • Providing technical support to the team administrators and senior administrators 

  • Overseeing large corporate transactions 

  • Providing operational support for onboarding new structures, launching new incentive arrangements and maintaining existing structures 

  • Managing key client and intermediary relationships, communicating openly and honestly on a regular basis 

  • Conducting meetings, producing minutes and resolutions

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong technical background in trust structures, particularly employee benefit trusts  

  • ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified or actively working towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Good attention to detail 

  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate junior staff members 

  • Excellent problem solving skills and flexible approach to tasks
