A fantastic opportunity to join the private wealth team in a highly regarded and dynamic trust and corporate services provider.
As Senior Trust Officer you will be responsible for supporting a set of private wealth client relationships and managing their day-to-day service delivery needs, in accordance with the department's service standards and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
Serving as a primary or general point of contact for your team’s client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction
Supporting relationship managers and the finance function for any outstanding client debt
Working with your team to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Supporting new business commercial activities to develop new relationships
Acting as a ‘B’ or ‘C’ signatory
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ trust administration experience
Ideally hold or willing to study towards a recognised JFSC Table 5 qualification
Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum
Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
