Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing company secretarial support in the execution of specific client transactions 

  • Assisting with regulatory and legislative projects 

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times 

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services sector 

  • Relevant private wealth, corporate or fund experience 

  • Excellent working knowledge of Jersey Company Law and Jersey Registry 

  • Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification 

  • Team player, an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
