Responsibilities will include:
Providing company secretarial support in the execution of specific client transactions
Assisting with regulatory and legislative projects
Ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
Relevant private wealth, corporate or fund experience
Excellent working knowledge of Jersey Company Law and Jersey Registry
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification
Team player, an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
