A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic trust and corporate services provider on a contract basis, providing support to their private wealth team.

As a Senior Trust Officer, you will manage the day-to-day service delivery needs of assigned clients and support new business commercial activities to develop new relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of quality contracted services to clients

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for your team’s client relationships 

  • Assisting with invoices and fee collection 

  • Supporting the creation, achievement, enhancement and reporting of all SLAs relevant to the service of assigned clients 

  • Act as a B or C level authorised signatory as required 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 

  • Educated to minimum A level standard (or equivalent) 

  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 

  • Attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks
