A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic trust and corporate services provider on a contract basis, providing support to their private wealth team.
As a Senior Trust Officer, you will manage the day-to-day service delivery needs of assigned clients and support new business commercial activities to develop new relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery of quality contracted services to clients
Acting as the primary point of contact for your team’s client relationships
Assisting with invoices and fee collection
Supporting the creation, achievement, enhancement and reporting of all SLAs relevant to the service of assigned clients
Act as a B or C level authorised signatory as required
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Educated to minimum A level standard (or equivalent)
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks
