Joining the thriving trust team, you will be administering a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures, ensuring client needs are met and assisting with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to client needs in a timely and professional manner, maintaining knowledge and control over assets and trusts administered 

  • Preparing resolutions and minutes, arranging board meetings and presenting documents for review by managers 

  • Incorporating companies and establishing trusts and foundations 

  • Diarising and resolving any action points raised by periodic reviews and assisting with regulatory matters as required 

  • Building strong working relationships with third party service providers 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ trust and company experience 

  • Hold a relevant professional Table 4 qualification 

  • Good understanding and technical knowledge of trust and company business administration, regulatory requirements and an awareness of the tax implications of various structures 

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to lead and be part of a team of professionals
