Joining the thriving trust team, you will be administering a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures, ensuring client needs are met and assisting with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:
Attending to client needs in a timely and professional manner, maintaining knowledge and control over assets and trusts administered
Preparing resolutions and minutes, arranging board meetings and presenting documents for review by managers
Incorporating companies and establishing trusts and foundations
Diarising and resolving any action points raised by periodic reviews and assisting with regulatory matters as required
Building strong working relationships with third party service providers
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ trust and company experience
Hold a relevant professional Table 4 qualification
Good understanding and technical knowledge of trust and company business administration, regulatory requirements and an awareness of the tax implications of various structures
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to lead and be part of a team of professionals
