In this role you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of more complex structures, dealing with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis, reporting to the team manager to proactively develop and build solutions to meet client needs and grow long term relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of more complex structures

  • Ensuring a high quality service is delivered to clients at all times

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships

  • Keeping records up to date

  • Assisting with projects, as required

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience with institutional clients

  • Hold a relevant professional or legal qualification (ICSA/ACA/ACIB/STEP)

  • Sound knowledge of regulatory framework

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

  • Team player
