As Senior Trust Manager, you will provide technical knowledge and advice to the team. You will also act as client contact and manage trust client relationships for a number of complex and high value clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking the lead in client meetings (virtual or face to face) and dealing with the affairs of the most complex clients, whilst developing key relationships 

  • Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue with existing clients 

  • Reviewing new business plans and ensuring these are signed off

  • Acting as an escalation point of contact for clients 

  • Leading and supporting more junior members of staff to deliver a high level of client service 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous management experience in trust and company, and ideally employee benefits 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA at Diploma or Professional level 

  • Good technical knowledge of share plan structures and their generic features would be desirable

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
