As Senior Trust Manager, you will provide technical knowledge and advice to the team. You will also act as client contact and manage trust client relationships for a number of complex and high value clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead in client meetings (virtual or face to face) and dealing with the affairs of the most complex clients, whilst developing key relationships
Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue with existing clients
Reviewing new business plans and ensuring these are signed off
Acting as an escalation point of contact for clients
Leading and supporting more junior members of staff to deliver a high level of client service
Experience and skills required:
Previous management experience in trust and company, and ideally employee benefits
Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA at Diploma or Professional level
Good technical knowledge of share plan structures and their generic features would be desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
