Acting as a mentor to more junior members of team, you will also support the Director in strengthening relationships with clients, professional advisors and family offices in order to generate new business whilst ensuring a quality service is delivered.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of the management of a portfolio of trusts and companies, providing guidance to more junior members of the team
Actively encouraging the development of staff, supporting training and undertaking performance assessments
Ensuring the company meets its regulatory, risk and procedural requirements
Acting as a ‘B’ level signatory
Ensuring the company’s procedures and standards are met with a particular focus on effective time records, billing and collection
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of 10 years’ management practice of trust and fiduciary services
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Holds a relevant professional qualification
Good awareness of industry best practice and developments in other jurisdictions
