Responsibilities will include:
Administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures including those of a complex nature
Reviewing annual accounts on client portfolio and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is recorded
Liaising with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers
Drafting/preparing documents i.e. minutes/resolutions/small agreements etc. as and when appropriate
Attending client meetings with the expectation to develop a close working relationship with such clients
Experience and skills required:
Ideally, STEP/ICSA qualified or working towards their qualifications
Experience in a similar role/trust environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage changing priorities and differing situations
