Responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures including those of a complex nature

  • Reviewing annual accounts on client portfolio and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is recorded

  • Liaising with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers

  • Drafting/preparing documents i.e. minutes/resolutions/small agreements etc. as and when appropriate

  • Attending client meetings with the expectation to develop a close working relationship with such clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally, STEP/ICSA qualified or working towards their qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role/trust environment

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and differing situations
