Responsibilities will include:
Administering a portfolio of clients
Preparing quarterly cash flows
Holding board meetings
Performing due diligence reviews and assisting with the collation of documents
Ensuring corporate tax filings are completed
Experience and skills required:
Previous trust and company experience
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Proactive approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple deadlines
