Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of clients​

  • Preparing quarterly cash flows​

  • Holding board meetings​

  • Performing due diligence reviews and assisting with the collation of documents​

  • ​Ensuring corporate tax filings are completed

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous trust and company experience​

  • Strong time management and organisational skills​

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

  • Proactive approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple deadlines
