Take the next step in your trust career with this small, independent wealth structuring and administration company, administering your own portfolio of clients, of which some may be of a more complex nature.

As Senior Trust Administrator you will also ensure companies and trusts under administration are meeting their statutory obligations and possess a good working knowledge of the company’s internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out the day-to-day administration of an assigned portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times  

  • Preparing correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate records in the client entity database 

  • Preparing minutes

  • Monitoring client transactions passing through entities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements 

Experience and skills required:

  • Completed studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA Diploma (or equivalent) 

  • Previous trust and company administration experience  

  • Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of offshore financial services and the regulatory environment 

  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills 

  • Ability to work well within a team and proactively assist with streamlining company processes
