As Senior Trust Administrator you will also ensure companies and trusts under administration are meeting their statutory obligations and possess a good working knowledge of the company’s internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out the day-to-day administration of an assigned portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times
Maintaining accurate records in the client entity database
Monitoring client transactions passing through entities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Experience and skills required:
Completed studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA Diploma (or equivalent)
Previous trust and company administration experience
Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of offshore financial services and the regulatory environment
Good interpersonal and relationship skills
Ability to work well within a team and proactively assist with streamlining company processes
