Within this role you will assist with the administration, bookkeeping and/or preparation of annual accounts for a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and companies and benefit from a supportive work environment which promotes a positive work life balance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Making payments

  • Assisting with administration tasks and bookkeeping 

  • Preparing trust and company accounts and carrying out reviews 

  • Assisting with the preparation of reporting  

  • Being the contact for junior members of the team when it comes to technical matters and on professional relationships  

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a private client and company environment 

  • Accounts preparation and bookkeeping skills would be ideal 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive approach to tasks and good attention to detail 

  • Ability to work well within a team
