Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the supervision of bank entities, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
Reviewing data collected during supervision activities
Identifying potential risks in a supervised entity and ensuring actions are followed up
Recommending potential improvements for internal working practices
Overseeing the coaching and development of team members
Experience and skills required:
Good knowledge of the Jersey banking sector
Education to degree level or diploma level qualification is desirable plus any relevant professional qualifications
Ability to work well within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
