As Senior Strategy Manager, you will help to develop and grow the business strategy, supporting the CEO and leadership team to create a structured approach to identifying and assessing multiple different growth opportunities across the group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and leading the growth planning process across the group and shaping the roadmap of initiatives, investments and international market strategy 
- Collaboratively working with the marketing, product and commercial teams to carry out market research to identify customer insights and potential growth opportunities 
- Applying appropriate strategy frameworks to help facilitate the prioritisation of opportunities, with an emphasis on managing a large portfolio of products and international opportunities 
- Developing the go-to-market and new market entry strategy, including build, buy and partner decisions 
- Working with the financial planning and analysis team to convert the strategy into a clear financial forecast 
Experience and skills required:
- Management consultancy/advisory background would be ideal however not essential 
- Previous experience in developing and implementing group level commercial growth strategy and long-range planning 
- Exposure to having worked on international expansion and go-to market planning 
- Good understanding of creating a market strategy for new regions and product verticals 
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to create a well-communicated annual strategy with a planning process and cycle implemented across the group 
- Highly motivated problem solver with excellent attention to detail
