Responsibilities will include:
Implementing and monitoring the firm’s information protection policy and promoting awareness of information protection risks to the business
Advising business units and client engagement teams on data protection risk assessments and implementing mitigating controls
Investigating and evaluating potential data breaches, escalated by the UK data loss team
Monitoring regulatory developments and completing regulatory returns
Managing data subject access requests and queries
Maintaining documentation relating to data protection compliance activities, undertaking business monitoring and preparing management reports
Experience and skills required:
Good project management skills
Ability to analyse and understand business processes and risks
Proactive, self-motivated and ability to take responsibility for own work
Good IT skills and comfortable using new applications
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
