As Senior Resourcing Administrator, you will assist in providing an excellent level of administration support to the resourcing and onboarding function within the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining high levels of confidentiality. You will be expected to promote company unity and common corporate goals whilst ensuring respect for the individual and recognising individual needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Interviewing and selecting new hires in partnership with line Managers 

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and assisting with recruitment campaigns for senior hires 

  • Overseeing the new joiner process 

  • Assisting with HR reporting relating to recruitment

  • Dealing with employee queries and concerns

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous recruitment experience, gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency 

  • Strong knowledge of Jersey Employment Law and recruitment best practice 

  • Good understanding of the finance industry and the typical roles 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask

  • Desire to learn and develop and a genuine enthusiasm for and interest in the HR profession
