Within this role you will collaboratively work with your team to provide a first line of support to Relationship Managers and ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered. You will also ensure a high level of integrity is maintained, whilst complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Relationship Managers with applications for account openings, registrations for internet banking and investigating payments
Assisting with the on-boarding of new clients
Responding to customer enquiries and requests
Acting as a point of escalation for any issues
Identifying possible sales opportunities and generating new business for the company
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ banking experience and previous exposure to compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Commitment to delivering a quality customer service
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
