Within this role you will collaboratively work with your team to provide a first line of support to Relationship Managers and ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered. You will also ensure a high level of integrity is maintained, whilst complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Relationship Managers with applications for account openings, registrations for internet banking and investigating payments

  • Assisting with the on-boarding of new clients 

  • Responding to customer enquiries and requests 

  • Acting as a point of escalation for any issues

  • Identifying possible sales opportunities and generating new business for the company

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ banking experience and previous exposure to compliance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management and prioritisation skills 

  • Commitment to delivering a quality customer service 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
