Working at the heart of the private wealth team, you will act as the primary day-to-day contact to deliver a range of private wealth administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities in various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary day to day relationship contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and their transactional activities

  • Liaising with clients and third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers  

  • Managing the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of private wealth structures 

  • Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs 

  • Transaction management, including organising and attending client meetings, statutory filings and drafting minutes

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ previous experience in private wealth finance 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP 

  • Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage 

  • Committed to achieving excellence for self, clients and the team

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
