In this varied role, you will provide assistance with client operations, change projects and reception teams, as required. Projects will include supporting system upgrades, researching new options and identifying new regulatory requirements.
This is a position best suited to an enthusiastic individual who is eager to continue learning about businesses from an operational perspective and is interested in broadening their experience/knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing and supporting office premises and facilities related projects
Acting as Health and Safety Officer
Support new starter desk set ups
Providing assistance with logged IT issues and driving system implementations
Identifying ways to increase efficiency and supporting the delivery of training
Experience and skills required:
Ideally at least 4 years’ experience within financial services
Willingness to study towards a professional qualification
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use initiative and work independently
Strong organisational and time management skills
