Responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of appropriate quality measures and operational remediation controls

  • Ensuring all complaints are investigated and appropriately resolves

  • Carrying out quality assurance analysis on processes and providing reports

  • Identifying trends and suggesting remedial actions to mitigate repeat occurrences

  • Providing advice on how to increase operational efficiencies

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ operational risk management experience, ideally within a bank environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
