Responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the design and implementation of appropriate quality measures and operational remediation controls
Ensuring all complaints are investigated and appropriately resolves
Carrying out quality assurance analysis on processes and providing reports
Identifying trends and suggesting remedial actions to mitigate repeat occurrences
Providing advice on how to increase operational efficiencies
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ operational risk management experience, ideally within a bank environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
