As a Senior MI Analyst you will work collaboratively with other departments, supporting the production and delivery of management information detailing finance and business key performance indicators, and also accurately maintaining spread sheets and assisting with SQL queries.

Responsibilities will include:
Producing and accurately maintaining detailed, accurate and consistent monthly management accounts
Supporting the business planning/budgeting process
Delivering MI and finance reports enabling the identification of opportunities to improve business service lines
Maintaining and implementing reporting models which combine and summarise data from multiple sources using excel, SQL and other reporting tools
Developing an understanding of existing MI to provide guidance to users and add value to the business’ decision making process
Experience and skills required:
Proven experience of developing and delivering clear and accurate reports to aid decision making
High degree of proficiency in SQL queries and SSRS reporting
Previous experience working within financial services
Confident Microsoft excel user and experience using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), ideally in the context of spreadsheet automation
Demonstrated high degree or numeracy and analytical thinking
