Join the risk and compliance team in a well-regarded multi-jurisdictional financial services provider, where you will manage, develop and improve operational risk programmes across business lines and in each of the jurisdictions.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining risk registers and framework for the Group
Preparing and presenting reporting on the execution and results of the operational risk programme to relevant Boards and committees
Providing subject matter expertise on operational risk topics and supporting the development of a set of mandatory minimum controls standards across the Group
Highlighting relevant training needs and assisting with the development and facilitation of staff training
Leading risk related projects as may be required by senior members of the risk function
Experience and skills required:
Completed the International Compliance Association Diploma/Institute of Risk Management Diploma or committed to study
5-8 years relevant risk, operational risk, compliance experience
Proven knowledge of regulatory environment and emerging trends
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to assess complex matters on a wide spectrum of topics and exercise sound and reliable judgement
