Leading a team of administrators, you will manage the day-to-day provision of quality administration services, ensuring alignment with the business’ overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to the EBT team

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and building strong working relationships 

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients 

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times 

Experience and skills required:

  • Extensive experience working with fiduciary services

  • Previous people management experience 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
