Responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support and guidance to the EBT team
Identifying new business opportunities
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and building strong working relationships
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
Experience and skills required:
Extensive experience working with fiduciary services
Previous people management experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
