Leading the growing company secretary team, you will assist with the preparation of board packs, attend committee meetings and prepare submissions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling board and committee meetings, collating board packs and following up on action points

  • Preparing internal signatory lists

  • Taking ownership for the accurate maintenance of statutory records 

  • Coordinating the submission of all documents

  • Having ownership of the corporate governance strategy 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience providing company secretarial services to regulated companies, ideally within a corporate or fund administration environment

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and work using own initiative 

  • Proactive and flexible approach to tasks 

  • Ability to manage a team and delegate/coordinate workloads
