This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across all levels. You will be responsible for the management and technical support of a team of Accountants, ensuring a professional and high quality service is provided to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a wide portfolio of real estate investment structures with complex consolidation and property manager reporting, along with cash management
Providing oversight and delegating tasks performed by the team, which is based across multiple jurisdictions
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
Monitoring staff workloads and assisting with the budgeting process, identifying options to enhance and develop the service provided
Participating in and contributing to management meetings and implementing any decisions taken
Experience and skills required:
Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience, with a particular emphasis on the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Possess a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of accounts preparation process compliant with the applicable generally accepted accounting standards
Ability to work under pressure to client deadlines
A solution driven attitude to problems with ability to inspire and support the CAS team with innovative ways to drive the business forward
