You will play a key role in the development of new business opportunities, contribute to the development of wider business strategy and also contribute directly to the running of the practice.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting a diverse range of assignments, leading and working collaboratively with on-site project teams
Working closely with the technology innovation team to support the growth of the business
Coaching and development junior team members
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
Supporting the senior team with business development activities
Contributing to business strategy discussion, helping to decide clients to target
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 8 years’ experience working in the private markets industry, including minimum 4 years’ experience delivering professional consulting services
Previous experience leading a team delivering projects to deadlines
Experience leading business development initiatives, such as proposal writing
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma
Good working knowledge of middle, back and front office processes regarding portfolio management, fund administration and investment strategies
