Contribute to the success of a dynamic and entrepreneurial fast-growing technology business and take ownership of the business IT processes for both onsite and remote users.

Within this role, you will act as the dedicated point of contact for systems queries and also the technical escalation point for IT projects across the business

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and innovative company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with IT projects​

  • Assisting with all user set ups, including remote users​ and setting up meeting rooms

  • Supporting security awareness and technical training

  • Managing software and contract renewals

  • Ordering new equipment and assisting with set up​

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a 2nd line support role​

  • Previous Microsoft365 and Intune mobile device management platform experience​

  • Strong customer support and communication skills​

  • Good attention to detail and documentation skills​

  • Confident working autonomously/independently using own initiative ​
