As Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the global talent processes and practices, covering areas such as talent identification and development, performance management and targeted development programmes.
You will oversee the design, maintenance, monitoring and ongoing improvement of talent programs, policies and procedures, in relation to learning, career development and succession planning.
