Responsibilities will include:
Working with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
Managing agency relationships, agreeing terms and building strong working relationships
Taking an active role in the end-to-end recruitment activity, including reviewing applications, attending interviews and managing the offer process
Providing guidance and input on hiring decisions to business stakeholders
Leading the onboarding activity for new starters, ensuring pre-screening is complete and assisting with the new starter induction programme
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading interviews
Good working knowledge of recruitment best practice regulations
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Experience mentoring junior team members
Proactive, positive attitude and keen to embrace technology
